| DR. STUART WAKEMAN attended the
University of the Pacific and has been in practice in Roseville
since 1977. Besides general dentistry, Dr. Wakeman enjoys an
active orthodontic practice and often teaches orthodontic seminars
abroad. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Wakeman enjoys spending time
with his children, sailing and scuba diving.

| DR. KRESTON ANDERSON attended
the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry graduating first in
his class. He has been in practice since 1986. He was
selected for the highly regarded general practice residency at
Travis Air Force Base, where he received additional training from
dental specialists. Dr. Anderson and his wife, Tracey, have
two children, Kandice and KJ. He enjoys scuba diving, hiking
and camping, and is a volunteer Boy Scout Leader.

| DR. DAVID CERNIK
graduated from the
University of California, San Francisco in 1984 and has been with Roseville Dental Group since
1991. When not caring for his patients, Dr. Cernik enjoys
spending time with his wife Michele and his
son Ryan. He enjoys golf, water-skiing, and
mountain bike riding.

| DR.
William Bohan
attended Washington University
School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. He has been in private
practice in Sonoma County, CA since 1984 and has recently relocated to
Roseville with his wife Kathy and their four children, Jennifer,
Billy, Brooke, and Hannah. His family is enjoying the beautiful
weather, mountains, coastline, and everything in between. He has been
past president of the Active 20-30 Club, and has coached youth sports.
Dr. Bohan enjoys sports, swimming, traveling, hunting, fishing, and
many family get-togethers. |

Bohan are all members of the American
Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the
Sacramento Dental Society. |
